Our Intensive Individualized Support Services also include taking our some of our students out to fitness centers such as the YMCA. Good exercise is the best medicine for many of the day to day ailments some of us suffer such as anxiety, insomnia, poor appetite, and so many others.
The routine exercise schedule isn’t only for our health. Being out in the community to work hard brings a great opportunity to help and encourage our peers. Whether the motivation is compete or to give support, exercising with a partner makes our routine even more enjoyable.
