Jena's Integrated Therapeutics (JIT)
We offer Therapeutic Integration (TI) services at our therapeutic center on weekends, where we support children and youth with special needs. Our programs incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including music, movement, art, social skills development, functional life skills, and job-readiness training. These services are designed to promote access, foster ability, and create a strong sense of belonging for all participants.
During summer, spring, and winter breaks, JIT is open to serve transitioning youth ages 16 and older as they prepare for adulthood. Participants engage in our work training programs alongside SDS adult interns, providing opportunities to build vocational skills and develop greater independence in preparation for the transition out of the Autism Waiver program.
JIT programs also extend into home and community-based services, where staff help clients strengthen and apply essential life skills across both home and community environments.
