Disability forms are completed by us for established patients only. Patients are considered established when we have worked with them for at least 6 months. We will be able to provide referrals to specialists as needed for disability forms within those first 6 months.
Due to the current opioid crisis and best practices, we do not provide narcotic prescriptions. We are happy to refer you to a pain management service if needed.
Due to best practices, we do not prescribe long term benzodiazepines as a Family Practice. We can refer patients to psychiatry as appropriate.

Infectious Diseases Consultations
Provided by Dr. John H Powers, an infectious disease specialist and Professor of Clinical Medicine at George Washington University School of Medicine with over thirty years of experience in research and treatment of various viral, fungal, bacterial and parasitic diseases.
Transition to Adulthood Consultations
Provided by Dr. Pamela Ekpone, special educator and transition to adulthood specialist with over thirty years of experience in assisting our youths with developmental differences for adult life.
